WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Your order is processed within 1-2 days after it is placed. However, we ask for 2-4 working days to prepare and dispatch your item due to the high volume of orders. Don't worry, all orders are fully insured. We are working with our partners to reduce this time significantly in the future.
WHERE DO MY PRODUCTS COME FROM?
We currently have warehouses/dispatch centres in Europe (Poland and Ukraine) Depending on your location, your order will be dispatched from one of them. We make every effort to dispatch from the nearest warehouse.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY PRICES?
The delivery price starts from £10.99, depends on the courier company and delivery method, payment on delivery is also possible. I DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days once payment has been received and cleared. Your order is dispatched once it has been packed by our warehouse and sent to the courier. You will then receive an email with a tracking number.
WHERE CAN I OBTAIN AN ORDER NUMBER?
The order number consists of 4 digits (for example #1482). You should receive a confirmation letter to your email or messages depending on what you entered on our website when placing your order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The customer can cancel the order within the first 60 minutes after purchase. The customer's cancellation will be reflected as a refund within the next 5 days, largely depending on the customer's bank. An order cannot be cancelled after 1 hour. If the customer requests a cancellation, our team will do everything possible, but we are not obliged to do so. In this case, the customer will have to wait until they receive the product and make a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

FOR WHOM IS PAINTING BY NUMBERS SUITABLE?

HOW DOES PAINTING BY NUMBERS WORK?
Once you have chosen a motif to paint by numbers, we will send the ordered set to your home. The colourless pictures already show areas with lines, which can now be coloured in with the corresponding colours. So it is predetermined by the numbering which colour belongs to which area of the picture. You will quickly see how well the colours work together and harmonise perfectly.
