Shipping and Delivery
Items marked "Delivery time 2-3 business days" are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Germany for our customers from Germany.
Shipping of all products is free of charge within Germany for orders over €38. For orders under €38 we charge a flat €6 shipping fee.
All orders will be confirmed and processed within 48 hours of your purchase.
Please note that currently due to COVID-19 the delivery time can take up to 5 days.
Depending on the products ordered, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers to track your delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us through our email address email@example.comShipping and Delivery. We usually respond to all emails within 24 hours.
However, delayed deliveries beyond our control are possible. Therefore, our stated delivery times are not binding and we are not liable for any costs caused due to late delivery.
If your package does not arrive within 14 days, please contact your local post office. Have your tracking number handy so your local post office can track your package for you.
As a customer, you are responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address. If your order cannot be delivered to you due to an incorrect delivery address, we will charge a fee of up to €20.00 for shipping costs.

In case of defective or damaged items, you must contact us within 3 days. Please provide us with your order number and document the damage with photos.
If you have changed your mind, you can return your paint-by-numbers sets to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please note that personal motifs are excluded from the right of withdrawal, so a revocation is not possible. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your item within 14 days of ordering or your order is lost, we will send you a replacement of your order. There will be no further charge to you. If your order is received due to incorrect shipping address or your order is not picked up at the post office within the time limit, shipping charges may be further billed to the customer.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is defective or damaged, you may request a refund by providing photo evidence (manufacturing defect or shipping damage). Photos must be taken immediately upon receipt of the item or after the item has been opened. To claim a refund, we must be notified of the damage by email within 3 days of receiving the item.
